By visiting our website, submitting an enquiry, placing an order, or engaging with our team in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.
3. Products & Services
Dzire Decor provides the following products and services:
- Custom curtains, drapes, and sheers (stitching & installation)
- Window blinds — roller, zebra, wooden, Venetian, Roman, honeycomb, vertical, and motorized
- Designer wallpaper supply and installation
- Wall panels and PVC wall cladding
- PVC flooring, wooden flooring, laminate, and engineered wood
- Carpets, rugs, and mats
- Artificial grass and vertical garden solutions
- Curtain rods, tracks, and concealed systems
- Cushions, pillows, sofa fabric, and bedsheets
All products are subject to availability. Specifications, designs, pricing, and availability may change without prior notice. Custom and made-to-order products are non-returnable once production has commenced.
4. Pricing & Quotations
All prices quoted by Dzire Decor are based on your specific requirements, including measurements, fabric selection, quantity, and installation complexity. Prices are indicative until a formal quotation is provided after a site visit or consultation. Dzire Decor reserves the right to revise pricing at any time. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing or via WhatsApp before any order is processed.
5. Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of an advance payment as agreed between the customer and Dzire Decor.
- Custom-made and made-to-measure products — including curtains, blinds, and wallpaper — cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun.
- Payment terms will be communicated clearly at the time of order confirmation.
- Dzire Decor accepts payment via cash, bank transfer, UPI, and other mutually agreed methods.
6. Installation & Delivery
- Installation timelines are estimated and may vary depending on product availability, fabric sourcing, and scheduling.
- Dzire Decor will make reasonable efforts to complete installation within the agreed timeframe but is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including supplier delays, weather, or access issues at the client’s premises.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that our installation team has safe and unobstructed access to the relevant areas of the property on the agreed installation date.
7. Accuracy of Information
When contacting Dzire Decor — whether by phone, WhatsApp, email, or website enquiry form — you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes correct measurements, property address, contact details, and any other information relevant to your order. Dzire Decor is not responsible for errors or delays resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.
